Spencer showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event on January 21-22, 2016. He is a Long Snapper with good balance and he did pretty darn well on the agility section of the weekend. Need to see him lower his butt a bit (back should be parallel to the ground) to get more use of his legs and, therefore, more speed on the ball. Using all of his legs and locking down his spiral will get his ball into the .8s by XXVIII in May. I like his attitude.
