Spencer did well at VEGAS XXV. He is a strong, athletic Long Snapper that changes direction very well when he is on the move. His hands are like rockets. Need to see him lock down the timing of his hands and legs so they are in synch. If he can get that down, and use his legs fully, he will create more speed on the ball and move way up the rankings.
