Said it once, twice, three times and I will say it again....Tipa, easily, has the most potential of any Long Snapper in the class of 2015. He is built like a college tight end and he moves like one as well. He can snap a ball at the D1 speed right now and just needs to lock down the fluidity of his form. He is extremely close to having it all click and when he does he could take the top spot on size alone. Form is a bit rusty at times and that throws off the consistency of the snaps. Form will be key. TONS of upside.
