Troy Stumbaugh showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Chicago, IL, on April 13th, 2025. Stumbaugh is thick and strong with excellent starting form. His balance is good, and Stumbaugh is always going back with his motion. He uses his whole body really well to get very solid speed on the ball. When he’s on, Stumbaugh is very on and can snap a college-level ball right now. He has an excellent attitude, and locking down his release point will ensure Stumbaugh never misses his target.
