Will showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL on July 9, 2016. He has VERY good starting to form and does a nice job reaching all the way back to the punter. By VEGAS XXIX, I want to make sure he is using ALL of his lower half AND is snapping with full power. CONFIDENCE will be a big thing in him moving up the rankings. Tons of upside.
