I liked what I saw out of William at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in NC. He is built very long and does a good job of reaching all the way back. Needs to make sure he leans back (this will help accuracy and consistency) and gets his butt down a bit more. If he can get his butt down (flat back) and get his large lower half fully involved, he will put a hole in the punter. VERY good potential and tons of upside.
