Sandlin is sitting on a gold mine. He is built very well and has quick hands. Needs to get his very large lower half involved for full speed and make sure he gets both hands through when snapping the ball. Getting both hands through will really increase his accuracy. I like his attitude and you can tell he is listening and I know he is coachable. Good balance. Getting his form down and following through will be huge for him.
