So many people, fans, players, and even coaches have dismissed the notion of a long snapper actually going to college on scholarship to be just a long snapper. I am sure that over the last 6-7 years our son has really had to check his confidence when he tells people that that is exactly what he was going to do. I know that his exposure to your program left no doubt that long snapping in college on scholarship was attainable, and with us it was never so much about the financial pluses from a scholarship it was about reaching a goal especially against mainstream and peer acceptance. I think that your parental involvement at your camps was very critical in Hunters recruiting process. Teaching parents what to do and more importantly what not to do was a great tool in our visits and was a good checklist that we tried to always do before we met with coaches, and we definitely witnessed what not to do on a couple of those visits from other parents. Any parent who simply sends there kid to camp or drops them off is missing out on a big portion of what you and Sailer do."
