Player Review
Carlo LaFlair showed me a lot of good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Carlo has excellent starting form and he's already able to use his entire body extremely well. When he is on, Carlo is very on and can basically snap a college level ball right now. Locking down his release point, which will help out his consistency, is going to be huge for Carlo as we go forward with his recruiting. Also, making sure that he drives his eyes and head all the way through and one quick motion will really increase his overall accuracy, this spring, and it Vegas in May. Athletically, I want Carlo to try and trust his athleticism a little bit more and really press the gas. He has all the tools to be a very, very solid Long Snapper at the next level.
