Sam Kline was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Sam has a good starting form and when he is on he is very on. I want to make sure that he's not dragging the ball so he doesn't have issues with the spiral. Athletically, he moves extremely well on his feet, and there's no doubt he can be a factor on the punt coverage tea. Everything he does is smooth, whether it's snapping the ball or running on his feet. The harder he snaps the ball, the better he will do in the long run. Very good upside. Keep a close eye on him this spring in the Midwest and at VEGAS XLII
showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in IL on December 11th, 2022. His follow through is off the charts and it looks like he is practically trying to hand the ball to the punter. His balance is excellent. Slow motion drills will be the main thing for Sam to focus on before VEGAS XLI in January as it will greatly increase his overall speed and consistency. Right now, Sam is only using his upper body and still gets decent speed. Just imagine when his whole frame is active in the snapping motion
