Player Review
Conway was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Starting form is good, and it'll be great once he lowers is but a little bit. Right now, he likes to dip his butt right at the beginning of a snapping motion, and that is throwing off his timing. By lowering his butt, he will be able to cut out the middleman, and his timing will be more in sync with his whole body. His flexibility is off the charts as he practically reaches back to the punter. Athletically, he does a lot of good long strides and covers a lot of ground very, very quickly. Putting on some good weight will really help over the next couple years, the timing is going to be everything for Conway this spring.
