Cooper Hall had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in IL on April 14th, 2024. Cooper is a really athletic long snapper. He moves very well on his feet. He was a long snapper that I felt progressed really well throughout the day. He has nice quick hands out of the jump which help his speed in the ball a ton. I really like when he follows through with his hands and makes sure not to flick the ball. His leg drive is very quick especially for his age. Really nice pop on his legs when he snaps. Spiral improved through the day and became more consistent by the end of the day. Very coachable and mature long snapper. Expect big things from Cooper at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5
