    Rubio Long Snapping History

    Student Since: 2009

    Latest Evaluation: 7/12

Austin is turning into a very confident Long Snapper that whips the ball back to the punter. He can catch a groove and dominate. Form is solid and he uses every single ounce of his body. Handles pressure well and already has D1 speed. Needs to make sure every snap is the same and that he is consistent with his speeds. Great person that works hard and right.

Yet another big jump by Austin. I was VERY impressed with him in GA. Definitely one of the top Long Snappers in attendance. Form is looking very solid and he is really rocketing the ball back there now. Seemed more confident. Loved it. Getting back to block is next step. This kid is turning into a great one. Vegas might be big for him. Watch him very closely.  4/12

Another big jump by Austin. He is definitely one of those Long Snappers that flies under the radar. Doesn't say a whole lot and just makes his snaps count. Smooth Long Snapper with a decent frame that has room to grow. Form is solid and he gets back well. Increased speed on ball and land will help his rankings. Really like to watch him snap. No wasted movement and he gets the job done.

HUGE jump by Austin in this past camp. One of the bes overall Long Snappers in attendance. Very smooth and accurate. Almost didnt recognize him since he grew so much. Looked very, very good. Want to see his butt go down just a tad more and to make sure he gets his head up each and every snap. Blocking will be his next hurdle to dominate. Keep an eye on this kid from the South.

Austin did very well and made it to the finals round at the Nike Spring Camp in GA - 2010. Little too far extended and needs some more legs. He is very quick and I love how he handles pressure. Tons of potential. 5-10

Austin is a very smooth long snapper that needs to work on his stance. A little too wide is affecting his speed. With his age, size and some aggression he will become a good long snapper. Interested to see him progress. 12-09
