Massive jump in the rankings for LeBlanc and well deserved. Form is looking very solid and he is ripping the ball back to the punter. His hands are very quick and he reaches back well for accuracy. Next step is going to be making sure he uses all of his lower half and stays on the ground to really get his speed flowing. He showed great improvement and the sky is the limit. Headed in the right direction. Keep a very close eye on him.
