Billy was dominant all day at the NJ Spring camp on April 9^th, 2017. His form is picture perfect and snaps with a ton of power and accuracy. Speaks softly but carries a big stick when it comes to long snapping as he lets his performance do all his talking for him. Continues to physically develop and he seems to improve between every camp. Has the ability to walk onto a college field right now and compete for a starting spot.

Taylor was excellent at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. His size is solid and he is snapping with lot of confidence. Doesn't speak much but doesn't need to as he lets his snapping communicate for him. Ball is ripped back to the punter. Athletic Long Snapper with good upside. Will be an asset on and off the field. I am very impressed with Taylor and how he continues to improve every single time I see him at a Rubio Long Snapping camp.

Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
