Player Review
Rey did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in Texas on June 30th, 2017. He is a smooth Long Snapper with good balance and nice starting form. Rey does a great job of following through with his eyes/head and he has good accuracy. Love to see Rey focus on increasing the overall speed of his legs to make sure he gets more use out of them. He is built thick and strong so I want to see him use all of his big lower half for more speed. Good attitude and I like the direction Rey is headed. Solid move up the rankings. Watch him this fall in TX and at VEGAS XXXI.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
