Night habits and what helps us actually relax

I’ve been thinking about how differently people spend their last hour before sleep. Some watch videos until they feel exhausted, others carefully choose something calm to help them unwind. What do you usually do? I’ve noticed that when I don’t pay attention to what I watch, I end up feeling more mentally active instead of relaxed. It’s strange how easily a simple habit can influence the whole night. Maybe the real question is not how much we watch, but what kind of content actually helps us slow down properly.

For me, the biggest change in my evenings happened when I stopped endlessly scrolling and started being more intentional. I realized that calmer, slower videos help me disconnect from the day much better than anything fast-paced. Sometimes I even use simple curated spaces like

because it removes the pressure of choosing and just lets me relax. It might sound small, but it actually made my nights feel more predictable and peaceful.
