A while back I decided to separate my entertainment spending from my everyday finances because it was becoming difficult to keep track of small deposits made throughout the month. Using a dedicated payment method made budgeting much easier, and I stopped having to scroll through my regular banking history to figure out what I'd spent. It also helped me stay more disciplined since I knew exactly how much I had set aside before starting a session.
