Anyone else find HGH helps them sleep better?
Lately, I've been struggling with sleep. Tossing and turning, waking up in the middle of the night – the whole nine yards. I've tried everything from meditation to cutting out caffeine, but nothing seems to work consistently. Then, I was reading something about the benefits of hormone therapy, and a few people mentioned that it helped them sleep better. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced improved sleep quality with human growth hormone?
